Mommy Doodle Happiness Guarantee!
If you are unhappy with the items you've received, please contact customer service FIRST by sending an email to email@example.com or go to our Contact Page section, and fill out the form.
Your order is protected by the Mommy Doodle Happiness Guarantee.
- If you received your item that isn't exactly how you like it, we will happily make it right!
- Merchandise returned to the manufacture without contacting customer service first, will not be processed correctly.
- Refunds (if applicable)
- Mommy Doodle gives refunds as store credits only.
- You can use your store credits to purchase any other items from our store!
- If we make a mistake, and you decline our offer to make it right, we will give you store credits that equal half the amount paid for your original order.
- Please place your order carefully, and correctly. You must contact firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours of purchasing, if you wish to cancel your order successfully.
- We do our best to ship all orders out within 2-3 business days, from the day of which your order was processed.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Shipping fees will be deducted from your refunded store credits.
- I got the wrong shirt, how can I correct my order?
- Please contact Customer Service at email@example.com We will verify our mistake by asking you to send us a picture of the incorrect merchandise. If we made the mistake, we will go ahead and send you your correct order within 2-3 business days.
- I received a defective or damaged product, what do I do?

- If you declined our offer to send you the correct shirt, we will give you store credits equivalent to the price originally paid for your item.

- We can try to make corrections to your order within 24 hours of the time that your order was placed. If you request for the corrections after 24 hours, we will no longer be able to update it on our end.
- I just made an order but i changed my mind and I'd like to cancel it.
